Our Story

Olé Poké was born out of a deep love for food, nature, and a gentle way of living. We visited Hawaii and fell in love with the island's culture. We couldn't bring back the beaches or the waves, but we could bring back the food. And that's what we're doing with Olé Poké. It's our humble effort to bring the vitality of the island to the heart of the city.

Our Founder

Rashida Kirton

Our journey began in 2017, when we decided to leave it all behind and travel the world. Okay...Ghana, to be precise. When we came back to reality, we wanted to bring some of the country with us. Our experience in restaurants and bars came in handy, but nothing could prepare us for the great joy and satisfaction that Elmina castle and the marketplace has brought to us.

They Love

our poke bowls

I used to think poké was another word for salad. Now, I know it is SO MUCH MORE. Delicious

The only poké I've found in the downtown area that uses only sustainable suppliers.
