Kirton in 2017, New Green Group is built on over two decades of professional experience in construction project administration, management consulting, nonprofit consulting, organization development, and financial management. Rashida has partnered with leaders across the US, from the frontline to the C-suite, and has extensive experience in various industry sectors. Her unique background, blending a deep understanding of business administration with a passion for cultivating growth, is the very foundation of our company.
Fueled by a passion for sustainability and nurturing growth, the founder of New Green Group brings a unique perspective to every project. Her extensive background in prior roles expands various industries including construction, roofing, nonprofit management, tech, and serviced-based companies. President and Lead Consultant
With over 20 years of experience, Rashida A. Kirton is a seasoned professional in external management consulting,internal organization development, and financial management. She has partnered with leaders from the frontline to the C-suite across various industries, including construction, retail, nonprofit, and service-based businesses.
Rashida is also committed to community service, currently serving as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Montpelier Descendants Committee and volunteering with the Junior League of Atlanta. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Business with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Phoenix-Arizona.
